when it works with our colo-6200PC powder feed center . it can accieve full automaticaly  powder cleaning when you change new powder. nomrmally it will take 30-40 minutes for changing powder colour ,can increase the efficiency of powder changing .

Whole process of powder recovery 
Powder fall off the booth bottom - from air duct to N part ,N is booth cyclone --at the end of cyclone it has pinch valve -- recoveried to colo-6200PC powder feed center --then powder will be sieved by ultrastic sieve- -mixed old powder and new powder . 
the left powder will be sucked by  M part - M part is after filter room , it has 32 pieces rotary filter -can improve the cyclone recovery rate and keep environment clean
