when it works with our colo-6200PC powder feed center . it can accieve full automatically  powder cleaning when you change new powder. nomrmally it will take 30-40 minutes for changing powder colour ,can increase the efficiency of powder changing

Automatic powder coating spray booth features
1. Mono cyclone achieves recycling efficiency up to 98%, a great saving of powders. a quick cleaning takes around 25 minutes.
2. The secondary recovey stage is combined with a group of high precision filters effectively capture ultra fine powders, thus only particle-free air discharged outside.
3. There's air clean system continuously transports over sprayed powder from the booth floor, quickly recycling it back to the powder feed container.

4. Allows custom design to select 2-24 pcs of auto spray guns to achieve any scale of production,

Whole process of powder recovery 

Powder fall off the booth bottom - from air duct to N part ,N is booth cyclone --at the end of cyclone it has pinch valve -- recoveried to colo-6200PC powder feed center --then powder will be sieved by ultrastic sieve- -mixed old powder and new powder . 
the left powder will be sucked by  M part - M part is after filter room , it has 32 pieces rotary filter -can improve the cyclone recovery rate and keep environment clean
