Powder coating booth is an essential part for powder coating application which requires reclaim capability especially in continuous production lines. COLO powder coating booth not only creates dustless workshop but transfer most of overspray for recycling that saves cost.

Our conveyor powder coating booth can be designed with manual spraying station or automatic reciprocating station to be used to required powder coating lines. The conveyor slot in the top of allows the suspended parts to pass through the spraying area with the installed conveyor. Powder waste is minimized due to the powder collection module at both sides..
1. Double filter stage recovery systems effectively capture oversprayed powder, 0.1micron high precision filters ensures only particle-free air discharged outside.
3. Built with powder recovery hopper beneath the cartridge filters to fully collect the overspray for manual empty, or connected with pump to transfer to the powder supply equipment for automatic recycling.
2. Filter cleaning is automatically done by pulse-jet soleniod valves, which takes full utilization of powders and prolong filters' lifespan.
4. Fan motor is to draw air passing through the filter and creating a negative pressure chamber, ensure no powder dust escape outside and only clean air vented
