COLO-5219 powder coating oven is designed for longer workparts, such as aluminum profiles, metal door, frames, iron fence and gates, etc. It is recommended for heating by diesel / LPG / natural gas,  as it is much more ecnomical and ensures a superior productivity in comparison with the electrical curing oven.

The transport system includes trolleys and top conveyor for your multi application. the parts will be adequately heated as the polymerization temperature will maintain until the end of the cycle. The curing time and temperature are set up for each type of powder coating and controlled by the oven's PLC controller.

	PLC Controller  A simple PLC controllor provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need. The display allows you to set the desired temperature and heating time accurately, and turn on / off the fan. Once the curing time arrive, the oven will stop heating automatically. The control panel also includes a variety of safety devices, including alarm light and emergency stop buttons, etc.
	Italy RIELLO Gas Burner Italy imported RIELLO diesel burner, takes full use of fuel, rapdily raises to required temperature, Max. reach to 250ºC (normally 180ºC for heating 15-20mins). Quick heat-up rates helps to achieve higher production output.
	Oven Wall Materials Insulation material is 100mm thick rockwool board, density 120kgs/cbm, with heat-resistent galvanized innerwall and durable color steel outwall. It is an optimal design for minimum temperature dropping.
	Transporting System Supply with trolley and frames for easy carrying and  loading even heavy elements. The transporting system will not pollute the inner chamber and ensure the purity of parts.
