The parts after powder painting are then placed in a powder cure oven, where the coating chemically reacts with heat to form long molecular cains with high cross-link density, making it tougher and more durable.

The COLO-1118 electric curing oven with optimal airflow systems promote air mixture for faster temperature rise and uniform heating. It ensures the environment clean, an excellent tool for commercial & industrial powder application.

100mm Rockwool Wall

The powder coating oven insulation material is 100mm thickness rock wool board, which always maintain the warmness in the oven chamber.
The inner wall is 1mm galvanized steel which is heat-resistant, while the outerwall is durable color steel sheet.

Circulation Fan

Circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the oven interior, minimize temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated
chamber.
It's significant to save energy and consume less current.
